PROJECT ARCHITECT, NCARB, LEED AP BD+C
Brad has over 18 years of professional design and construction experience in architecture, residential design/build, and facilities project management in Florida and North Carolina, through all phases from project conception to construction completion. Broad experience with various project types including commercial, educational, residential, and new construction has provided him with a deep understanding of the unique and complex challenges that each project can bring. Several years working in Facilities Design and Construction have given Brad extensive invaluable insights and appreciation for the importance of careful design decisions and quality product selection, and their impact on an owner’s ability to maintain and enjoy their facility for decades to come. Brad is enthusiastic about helping clients have not just the best facility for their needs, but also to enjoy the process of planning, design, and construction on the way to that goal as well.
