Peyton Evert

ASSOC. AIA, LEED AP

Peyton has over 12 years professional architectural experience working in Asheville, North Carolina. As an architectural designer and project manager, she has collaborated in all stages of the design process, produced detailed construction documents and performed construction administration. Peyton has been involved with a variety of project types including public, educational, commercial, and residential. She is a LEED Accredited Professional who has led and collaborated in two projects that received LEED Gold status (one educational and one residential); and one project that received LEED Silver status (a state park visitor center). Peyton enjoys listening closely to clients and working collaboratively to create design solutions that are aligned with client goals and sensitive to site conditions. Prior to architecture, Peyton worked as a project manager for economic development projects in Latin America. Now she is at home in Asheville, raising a family of two boys with her husband who is an experienced general contractor.
