Wendy Legerton

Over the past decade, Wendy has practiced architecture in North Carolina, Maryland, and California.  Her professional experience includes a variety of project types, including commercial, residential, healthcare, municipal, and educational facilities.  Her expertise in Revit, Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, and sustainable design as a LEED and Passive House Consultant enable Legerton Architecture to offer cutting-edge technologies to our clients.  Wendy enjoys listening closely to clients and community stakeholders and working collaboratively to create solutions when presented with complex design constraints. Wendy loves living and exploring the Blue Ridge Mountains of Asheville where she grew up. She is grateful to have returned to Asheville with her husband and two daughters, and is delighted to work with her dad, John, and the dedicated team of people at Legerton Architecture.
