The Warren Wilson College Aqua Facilities is a project underway to support their NCAA Division III swimming and diving teams. The project is currently still in the design phase but is expected to be completed in 2027. The project is a complete renovation that will expand the space from 7,500 SF to 10,000 SF upgrading the facilities to support swimming and diving competitions.

Warren Wilson is dedicated to creating a state-of-the-art facility that will serve its students, community, and Asheville region. They wanted a space that will be able to foster the growth of their students for many years to come as well as create a new space for community to flourish. This project represents the renewal of the College and movement in a positive direction.

Along with the increase in square footage, there will be an addition of 1-meter and 3-meter diving boards, as well as seating for up to 300 spectators. The building’s primary function is the enclosed pool but there will be an additional lobby, storage space, and new bathrooms.
