The Coop is a new, modern, single-family residence. The space is all-encompassing providing a home that that is warm, open, fun, and secure. The view from, and the flow to the outdoor patio tells the story of this residence. There was major emphasis on natural lighting, open flow design, and inclusion of energy efficient aspects throughout the design process.

The residence is a single-level home that is 1,900 square feet. It is a one-story home to accommodate for age in place design for future relevance. Each aspect of the home was strategically planned out with the owners to create a space they love.

The home is constructed of a mixture of textures and surfaces inside and out – steel, stone, concrete, wood, and sheet rock. The spaces of the home include a living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, mud room, garage, and most importantly for the owners, the outdoor space.
