Laurel Park Renovation is a beautiful renovation located outside of Asheville in Hendersonville, NC. Placed on a lot surrounded by a multitude of woods, the modern home contrasts beautifully through its simplistic yet elegant design. One of the most notable aspects of the renovation is the vaulted wood ceilings opening up the home.

The house is a wood and masonry structure with an area of 2,050 square feet. The project consisted of select interior and exterior renovations of a 1-story single family residence with a basement. The work included renovating the existing bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and lower-level family room.

Interior renovations considered opportunities to improve accessibility for aging in place. Exterior renovations focused on improving exterior aesthetics of the home including adding new windows, chimney repairs and new exterior stone cladding, replacing portions of exterior siding and miscellaneous exterior modifications.
